Sue Willett at NW Secretarial Service has been a great help to me recently when providing secretarial support for our recent redundancy consultation. Being a small business with very few office staff, we have limited resources in terms of HR and meeting support. Sue helped fill this void by attending meetings to take minutes and recordings.

Sue was professional, friendly and reliable, which really helped during the consultation, which was quite stressful. Her services meant that we had covered our backs by having accurate records, and also reassured our staff members going through the process that we were following best practice guidance.
