Dear Joanne/Sue,

I would first like to say a big thank you to Joanne Nuttall who introduced me to Broadbent Autos. They required two Leases (for four units) which were existing leases to the same companies. The dates just required changing.

I had to copy type the Leases and amend them to meet the new legislation. Sue copy typed the Lease for me whereby I inserted the relevant details and was able to produce the final documents to the client.

I have provided an invoice for this work which was originally a BNI introduction and three companies (including myself) have benefitted for this work.

  1. Joanne Nuttall, as I am hoping that they have expressed how pleased they were with my work- I am hoping you received a big thank you for referring this work to me.
  2. Sue Willett, for doing the copy typing of the Lease.
  3. Myself for the referred work.

Because of an impending month long trip to New Zealand and Tasmania, I was very worried about losing business that might come my way from telephone enquires or indeed from clients enquires about their work in progress.

On the 30th of June last year I unfortunately lost my father and the funeral was arranged for the 11th of July. Running my own business meant lots had to be done both in work and arranging funeral details, so I ended up missing the obvious.

Being a Friday, the business would not be able to close for the day and as my father was a director of the company, many of the staff wanted to attend the funeral to pay their respects.
